In a unique move to hold onto their customer base, Mazda North America has just announced a prepaid scheduled maintenance program. This program is the first of its kind to be developed by Mazda. The foundation of Mazda Total Advantage program (MTA) will covers new, certified pre-owned or leased 2007 or later model year vehicles and you can purchase the factory-scheduled maintenance plan in increments of one to five years.
Mazda believes the program can ensure customers are receiving the best care for their units with a full-circle service inspection at each maintenance visit. Pre-paid maintenance generally will take care of things like oil changes, and tire rotations. The plan will save consumers money in the long run. The program insures, that the customer receives top-shelf, full-circle service inspections whenever they bring in their vehicle for maintenance.
One of the big advantages of having a pre-paid maintenance plan is that when you visit the Penske Mazda dealership, and you need to get repairs done on your Mazda, you don’t have to stay waiting in line. Most prepaid maintenance plans allow for express drop off and pick up. So, you will have less waiting time for your maintenance needs.
Mazda says the prepaid plan could let customers save as much as 20 percent compared with paying for maintenance work a la carte. Costs will vary by dealer, the vehicle in question, and the length of the contract. In addition, the automaker said customers can finance the new MTA program into their vehicle purchase through Mazda Capital Services.
As always Penske Mazda has the customer in mind and is proud to make this program available. Stop by one of our convenient locations to learn more about this service.
