Word on the street at Cadillac of Turnersville and Rinke Cadillac is that a revamp is coming. Cadillac has decided in order to better compete with global luxury automakers, products, service facilities and technology the brand needs to refined style. Therefore a new wave of 200 dealership upgrades and products are coming.
Cadillac therefore is requiring all its dealerships to comply with a headquarters designated interior/exterior style. Makeovers should all be complete by end of 2011. The first store to get the facelift was Suburban Cadillac of Ann Arbor, Mich. The new design elements were created by visionaries Gensler architects and Cadillac designers. Elements include English Oak, porcelain tile, aluminum and brushed stainless steel. Large pieces of artwork highlight Cadillac’s iconic heritage and theater lighting presents 2012 models as artwork.
Also as part of the re-envisioned process Cadillac consulted with Ritz-Carlton hotels. The brand upholds Ritz as a learner in customer service and has asked them to come In and train dealership personnel on how to luxury auto buyers.
Cadillac headquarters has also announced that as part of their rebirth they will update the SRX and launch two new models next year. After that they foresee unveiling new Escalade to compete with Mercedes S-Class and Audi A8.
It is unknown when the two Penske Cadillac dealerships will undergo their remodel, but it will probably be in the next 12 to 18 months. The Penske team is eagerly awaiting these great changes.
