Whether it’s a member of your family or a friend, most of us know someone who has battled breast cancer. In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Penske Automotive Group dealerships supported and particpated in several “pink” fundraising and awareness initiatives throughout October.
BMW of Warwick donated $50 to the Gloria Gemma Breast Cancer Research Foundation for each vehicle purchased during the month of October! Chevrolet of Turnersville provided customers with special tote bags containing all sorts of pink Chevy swag with the purchase of a new vehicle. Other dealerships offered special vehicle pricing and gifts for customers to help join the fight and spread awareness.
Several employees also donated to this great cause, including General Manager, Chuck Caruso, who donated to Making Strides Breast Cancer Walk on behalf of Capitol Honda. Several of the employes at Capitol Honda are shown in the photo participating in the walk.
Penske Automotive Group was delighted to see so many of its dealerships take part in supporting such an important cause. Together, we can make strides towards eradicating this awful disease that touches the lives of so many.
Lexus San Diego also was a sponsor of the local Susan G. Komen breast cancer walk called, Pink da Point this year.
